It was a pleasure to work with Billy Burke and the whole Heritage team. I described my wants and needs and Billy came up with what I feel is the perfect car for me. The icing on the cake was a large bow on the windshield of the new car. I mentioned to Billy that I always wished I had a new car for Christmas with a bow . Christmas in August! More

My husband and I recently leased a new 2023 Hybrid XLE rav 4 (turned in our 2019, non hybrid). Billy Burke was excellent to work with. It took almost a year for exactly what we wanted to come in, but he c rav 4 (turned in our 2019, non hybrid). Billy Burke was excellent to work with. It took almost a year for exactly what we wanted to come in, but he checked in every month to keep us posted as to where on the list we were falling. This was very much appreciated!
