He gathered all the necessary information for me; and, set me up with Rob Ploof who called me; and, we had a nice talk. He arranged for a test drive: it was a no hassle/no push kind of experience. That's the way it's been in prior purchases/leases that I've had at Heritage; and, I expected nothing less. I'm convinced they understand that the customer is in 'the driver seat'. Rob was there to guide me through all the twists and turns of auto purchasing/leasing. And, when I left with a new RAV4, I felt there was no way I could've done any better anyplace else. Rob is excellent at his business, his knowledge is expansive, and he's just a nice fellow. I highly recommend Rob in sales and Travis in financing. Look these fellows up; and, relax.
