I had a fantastic experience at Family Ford of Enfield. Andrew McNeal was my primary contact, he contacted me right away after I expressed interest and was the primary person I dealt with. He could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant from beginning to end. Everyone there was welcoming, efficient and kind. I never expected the car buying experience to be so easy and genuinely enjoyable. As cliche as it may sound they have such a family type feeling there. The financing was easy, very well explained and completely stress free. I can’t recommend Family Ford of Enfield highly enough. I love my new car and am very grateful for everyone there. More
