From the moment you arrive and exit your car someone is there to greet you and assist you. The staff as a team is always there to assist you. Even though they didn’t have a loaner vehicle for me to use , t there to greet you and assist you. The staff as a team is always there to assist you. Even though they didn’t have a loaner vehicle for me to use , they kept me updated on the status of the work being done. The waiting area was very clean so it wasn’t so bad to sit and wait. They returned my vehicle clean on the outside maybe next time they will vacuum it out also. Overall, I was completely satisfied. More

I have been owning BMW's for the pass 20 years and for the particular BMW I currently own the dealership never have the tires in stock. So, when I approached the service officer. I stated, if you don't h the particular BMW I currently own the dealership never have the tires in stock. So, when I approached the service officer. I stated, if you don't have the tire in stock could you please put me in a rental so I can proceed on my journey because it's my lady and I anniversary. That's when the problem began. The service guy stated don't pressure me. I stated, excuse me and I began to explain about the tires for my car etc. His service was Absolutely Horrible! I tried to explain to him the brand and size etc. He refused stated I have to go see myself aggressive. Then he offered to comp me a tire I didn't won't just so he didn't have to provide a rental car etc. He did end up having to order the tire just like I was trying to explain to him in the beginning. He attitude was beyond reproach! In the end, I believe he realized his behavior was unacceptable and offered me free oil changes for the next three years. However, first impressions is everything. I would NEVER attend this dealership again nor would I recommend it to anyone. I travel all over the country for my work and have attended many different BMW service departments. By far, this experience was The Worst! More

The Dealership as a whole has no equal in this area. Great facility throughout. I switched from Mercedes because of the service. I have not been disappointed.. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and and take care of everything.. If I have a problem, it would be with the sales management. I don’t believe their business model is competitive with the other BMW dealers in NO and Mobile and I recently turned down an offer to trade my BMW and buy a new model. So if I have too I will buy somewhere else and bring here for service. Hope that doesn’t happen but for now I can’t get on the same page with them.In closing BMW is a great product. More
