Billy is a graduate of the NADA General Manager Academy. He grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia but his family roots are in Baltimore. Billy returned to his roots in 2004 when he was recruited by CCBC-Essex for Lacrosse. During his time here Billy became a two-time first team NJCAA All-America selection, was named as MVP in the 2004 NJCAA Championship Game after leading the Essex Knights to the title, and was named as Maryland Junior College Defensive Player of the Year in 2005. After playing with CCBC-Essex Billy transferred to Towson University where he played his final seasons of Lacrosse as a Towson Tiger. In 2017, Billy was inducted into the CCBC Lacrosse & the NJCAA Hall of Fame in 2023.

2014 Subaru Forrster Jason and Ryan along with all the other folks I meet at Annapolis Subaru were wonderful! As I had recently lost my paid for Honda to a deer - I wasnt Jason and Ryan along with all the other folks I meet at Annapolis Subaru were wonderful! As I had recently lost my paid for Honda to a deer - I wasnt exactly excited about latching onto a car payment. I purchased my 2014 Forester with a 5 star safety rating from Jason and I am extremely happy with my decision. I came from Frederick to do business with Annapolis Subura and I was not disappointed. Jason and Ryan were very low pressure and treated me with genuine care and concern. Jason was honest and straightforward and even shared his crab chips with me! The dealership itself is beautiful and Millie the dog is a great addition! I feel very very good about giving Jason and Annapolis Subaru my business! More
