Horrible communication no one will call back from service dept. No status updates received or any verbal explanation of the repair estimate. On the 6th day after drop off I got a call. Had my tire sensors replaced, 300 dollars for diagnostics. When I knew it was the back driver side sensor needing to be replaced. Then told after 5 hours of diagnostics that all of them need to b diagnostics. When I knew it was the back driver side sensor needing to be replaced. Then told after 5 hours of diagnostics that all of them need to be replaced which was not true at all and just a cover all bases fix. Service team stated fix will take 1 hour after the 5 hours of diagnostics… I didn’t leave till 5pm I arrived at the service center at 8:30am. With a total bill of 800. I knew what exactly was wrong considering I just came from Firestone moments prior to arrival. Be honest with your customers and don’t milk them for extra repairs it looks bad on the business. I rather drive to the fort myers location from now on after experiencing this type of service and display of pure dishonesty More

Worse dealer I’ve ever had misfortune to run across. Lied to me repeatably . Lousy place to do business. Didn’t answer phone calls or take care of my problem. Ended of taking car which I’d been grossly Lied to me repeatably . Lousy place to do business. Didn’t answer phone calls or take care of my problem. Ended of taking car which I’d been grossly overcharged for on repairs and went across town and bought new Honda. Wed drove Chrysler products for many year but after dealing with these scam artist never again. Did nothing to help me even after talking to general manager. . More
