I had to take my car in twice for same issues second time around I can say the lights are fix no issues but now there is another issue that i didn’t have when I took it in the two times.. I’m angry and have to take the car back again so ya can fix it and hopefully something else stops working!!! And not have a loaner car for having to wait so long. Just disappointed expected better. I would give it a zero rating if I could due to the experience I've had in the three years that I've used you to service my car the only person in there that's a very good worker is Mike Castori everyo experience I've had in the three years that I've used you to service my car the only person in there that's a very good worker is Mike Castori everyone else lies and doesn't know their job since you switched over its went downhill they had my car there for over a week to fix a leak in the air conditioner and they kept giving me a run around about holding my car each day never giving me a straight answer and I ended up paying for a rental car that's totally unacceptable when I at least my car there they told me anytime the car is going to be serviced for more than a few hours they would give me a loaner car they don't do that anymore obviously and I ended up having to pay for a rental car More

Very disappointed. My truck sat there for 2 weeks untouched while they went back and forth with the warranty company, mistakes were made on the paperwork. I would call My truck sat there for 2 weeks untouched while they went back and forth with the warranty company, mistakes were made on the paperwork. I would call for an update and never get a call back, forcing me to drive down to the dealership to get any information on my vehicle. My part came in on a Thursday and they didn't start working on it till Tuesday. They had my truck for 3 weeks all while I was being charged for a rental. I will never come back to this dealership. More
