Always expect an honest and sincere full service! During the regular service interval we had a question on an outside of warranty item that we were curious about repairing/replacing. Both Sean and Bl During the regular service interval we had a question on an outside of warranty item that we were curious about repairing/replacing. Both Sean and Blaine were incredibly informative and helpful, bending over backwards to make sure we were educated and fully understood what our question entailed. That helped us immensely and would have never expected the time, courtesy, and help like that from any other dealer, except Greene Ford. The vehicle sale has always been an enjoyable experience with Greene every few years, but the service experience afterwards every few months is truly beyond comparison. Remote keyless entry replacement Blane was very helpful and the tech was quick to replace. Others were too. Lounge was clean and warm. Hwe'relp was not immediate. Greene Ford Service is THE BEST! Our car needed a routine maintenance service and a small warranty item before heading out on vacation, but couldn’t pick it up until after closing. They had everything done 100% complete and ready to go, allowing another wonderful family trip in our beloved Flex and allowed me to catch up with the paperwork on our return. Great service The service performed on my mustang was completed quickly and went very smooth. When I first arrived I was met with a service department employee tha The service performed on my mustang was completed quickly and went very smooth. When I first arrived I was met with a service department employee that questioned me choosing the correct service for my vehicle in a very sarcastic and rude tone, after checking he said that I did select the correct service ( which I already had told him I selected before). This is the reason for the 4 star experience because every person I dealt with thereafter was very pleasant and very nice. This is a great dealership and has been great from buying my vehicle to the service but there needs to be a better first impression going into the service department. More

Another Great Service with Greene! Engine light came on prompting the visit and within moments of arrival at Greene they found the culprit and had it handled under warranty. It was also time for fresh tires since original purchase and Blaine set us up with an outstanding deal on Michelin’s including a four wheel alignment. Drove out like new again! More
