I have always loved this dealership for its service department. My service advisor Blaine Richie is great. Because of him, when it was time to trade my vehicle in, my first choice was Henry Brown GMC. department. My service advisor Blaine Richie is great. Because of him, when it was time to trade my vehicle in, my first choice was Henry Brown GMC. I lucked out yet again with another amazing employee, this time it was Brandon in sales. He worked hard to find me the vehicle that was the right fit for our family. He made me feel like I was the only customer and made sure the experience was top notice. I was also pleased with Kenny in after market who took extra time with me to be sure that I was set up and knew how to use my vehicles many features. I would refer anyone that is considering a car purchase or car service to give this amazing team a call. More

Always A+ service! I recently took my Acadia in for some warranty work, they had to keep my vehicle for 2 days. I couldn't be without a vehicle that long due to work. Th I recently took my Acadia in for some warranty work, they had to keep my vehicle for 2 days. I couldn't be without a vehicle that long due to work. They immediately put me on the loaner list. I took her in, got a brand new Yukon as a loaner and was on my way. Blain was great, he kept me updated throughout both days! I had her back in 2 days just like they said I would! Always A+ service!
