Blair is a very amiable fellow. He was very straightforward, and we appreciated that. He spoke to us with relaxed ease, as if we were friends. When we needed to come i’m on his day off, he wa straightforward, and we appreciated that. He spoke to us with relaxed ease, as if we were friends. When we needed to come i’m on his day off, he was terrifically accommodating. My only complaints may have to do with Belzer policies instead of Blair. It seemed downright bizarre the we could not hold a car for ONE DAY by making a sizable downpayment with a credit card. Second, it was disturbing that he was unwilling to take responsibility for what was obviously recent damage to the paint on the bumper. He explained that, when it comes to “certified” cars, the inspectors only check that each body part is PRESENT, with no regard for its condition. We found that hard to believe. Finally, when I told Blair that we would want a patient, reasonably paced explanation of all the car’s features, he assured us that our desire would be met. It was not. Ethan’s presentation was rapid, and he told us at the end that he needed to get to “a bunch of other people.”. Apparently this segment of the dealership is understaffed. More

Great service, Blair met me with the car I was interested in. He explained the process and what I need to have as far as paperwork and documentation and was patient when I had to leave to collect everything in.
