On the way from the dealer my dad was driving so I decided to lay in the back seat to rest to find out that the speaker on the left passenger side was dented on a brand new car find the pic attached p decided to lay in the back seat to rest to find out that the speaker on the left passenger side was dented on a brand new car find the pic attached please A few miles later the check engine button turned on; at which point I just wanted to turn around and return the brand new truck!! I had to finish the trip driving scared not knowing if the truck would break in the middle of the road It was a long and stressful day because of this. I had to leave the truck at a local dealer for 7 days to get a brand new truck fixed. I have been very upset about the fact those things and the fact that the truck leans towards the right when driving . Something that somehow I didn't notice when testing it but never expect to find this many things on a mew truck. Today, to top it off; 10 days away from the temporary tag/registration to expire I still have not received any info on the transfer of my Personal tag from my old car to this truck. I have come to 2 different agencies close to my address and there is no info on the truck. More

INTERNET BUYERS BEWARE On Fri., 1/15/21, I contacted a sa On Fri., 1/15/21, I contacted a salesman about a specific Ram truck. After communicating several times on Sat., 1/16/21, we made a deal for me to purchase the truck. They sent me a buyer's order by email. Management was fully aware of this deal. I was to travel (four hours one way) to the dealership on Mon., 1/18/21, to complete the deal and pick up the truck. Mon. morning,1/18/21, I got a text stating that they sold that truck on the prior Sat. They offered to sell a similar truck but a different color, a color that that I did not want. The bottom line is they did not honor their agreement with me. This is not a "he-said-she-said" situation. I have the documents and emails to prove this. I assume that they did so to make more money on a walk in customer. My conclusion is they were not honest with me as an internet buyer. That certainly is no way to run a business. ADDENDUM - To his credit, the salesman offered to order the same truck but it would not be available for 10-12 weeks.I believe the problem was caused by management and not the salesman, who also lost out in this fiasco. Someone should be fired for making a deal and then reneging. More
