I was charged an outrageous $160 for 5 minutes of a very simplistic method of "troubleshooting". I have intermittent issues with my android auto connectivitiy. Occasionally, Android Auto will stop working, which I'm certain the same issue would occur with their cable as well. All in all, very dissatisfied with the amount I was charged and for not coming up with a real solution to solve.my issue. More
