Not having been back since to this atrocious dealership, I have received calls and text for someone else's issues being remedied. I can't be too upset about it, because it has provided be ample opportunity to vent my completely reasonable frustrations to you on this platform. If history tells me anything though, is that it will be met with the same deafened ears as my past issues. More

Almost perfect I would like to have been shown more of the vehicles features and had assistance getting everything out of my vehicle and into the new one. I already know a couple things were left including the tag. It was however after closing and I understand that everyone was in a hurry to go home. I just felt like I signed on the dotted line and then I got left to finish up by myself. Blake did pair my phone to the system for me. But walked off while I was trying to transfer all my belongings. Also I was told I would have to drive my title back up to the dealership. I would have thought someone would offer to at least meet me if not come all the way to pick it up. I paid to have it fedexed. Until that point, everything was great and I do love the vehicle. These are just the little things that make a good experience become a great experience! More

Outstanding I picked out a vehicle on the Internet that y’all were advertising, spoke to Laney and she set up an appointment that afternoon, when I came in I was I picked out a vehicle on the Internet that y’all were advertising, spoke to Laney and she set up an appointment that afternoon, when I came in I was met by Blake they had the vehicle upfront ready for me to look at let me test drive it looked at a couple others told me to take the Silverado to the house and show my wife came back the next day and they made it work for me and I was able to upgrade my vehicle from a 1500 to a 2500.
