When it came to certain terms, we had trouble understanding, she simplified the meaning and gave us a better understanding. Not to mention, she is bilingual, so this helped tremendously. She treats people like family and if you have a question or concern she is always available to help. I do recommend Blanca to my family and friends and I am thankful to her for providing both my mother and I with clarity, patience and of course new vehicles. More
