Great Customer Service! Had a great buying experience at Lithia Hyundai! Other dealerships tried to sell me overstock or declared they didn't like selling to minorities. This dealership was the cream of the crop - professional and courteous. Listened to what I was looking for and showed me just the right options. After 2 weeks of discussions we settled on a new Tucson and we have been happy as all get out with the new car. Great job Oskari! More

Horrible Service and Misrepresenting Prices They added insult to injury at this dealership. Not only do they misrepresent a price for a car on there website (see attached) but they also underval They added insult to injury at this dealership. Not only do they misrepresent a price for a car on there website (see attached) but they also undervalue and demean their customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They give you the price of a car and then say you are not eligible for that price and raise it a couple grand. The response they sent when I tried to negotiate for the price on the internet was to send a different ad with a different price. They are definitely not worth the hassle. They also held onto my car keys and registration, that I was considering trading in, and I had to ask for it back multiple times because I was ready to leave. They just kept coming back with a new offer until I finally told them I had enough, I've made up my mind and I want my keys and registration back. More

MASTERBLASTER Well my salesman Blake was a big help he was very knowledgeable with the vehicle that I was purchasing. Answered all my question and if he didn’t know he took the time to get me an answer. Well I will stop now I have some do outs haven’t took ownership of my vehicle yet. But I will come back and update my post. Thanks Blake great service. Like I said I would come back with my updates and I am here to say that I got taken care of at Hyundai of. Anchorage My salesman Blake told me on Saturday that my vehicle would be ready on Thursday. However I received a call from service department that Tuesday and my vehicle was ready for pick. I didn’t pick my vehicle up tell that Friday. Blake was there to greet me answered all questions I had my vehicle warmed up and fueled clean and ready to go. I just want to say thanks to the finance gentleman, sale manger and my salesman Blake Thanks guys. More
