Went to service dept of bozard ford for oil change and service today.was sent over to quick lane .no one came out to help with service.i parked and we Went to service dept of bozard ford for oil change and service today.was sent over to quick lane .no one came out to help with service.i parked and went in to the dept and after a few minutes a gentleman asked what I was there for.very unfriendly it would be over an hour before they could look at it.there were no customers ahead of me.as I left they had several open bays and 2-3 technicians standing outside the bay's talking.no service after the sale at bozard ford.
