They didn't pressure for the sale and were pretty thorough and detailed in going through the vehicle capabilities, pricing and financing process. It was a much better experience at Elkins compared to thorough and detailed in going through the vehicle capabilities, pricing and financing process. My experience at Elkins Chevrolet was extremely easy and painless. Lori was excellent. She didn't make me feel pressured or rushed. Purchasing my Z71 Traverse was smooth sailing. Bob went above and beyon painless. Lori was excellent. She didn't make me feel pressured or rushed. Purchasing my Z71 Traverse was smooth sailing. Bob went above and beyond to locate my new vehicle from a different dealership because the initial one I chose had a recall and I wasn't permitted to purchase it, but he was determined and within 2-3 business days, he contacted me with great news that one was being sent over. I was extremely happy. Jonathan in the finance department had me in and out I believe within 45 minutes and explained everything in detail and the process was easy. I appreciate the service I received from these individuals and will continue to be a loyal customer and refer them to friends and family. More

The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and kind. The whole place was clean and as a parent that had a toddler there, everyone was engaging with her and the change table was impressive.
