EXTREMELY SATISFIED I was searching Car Gurus looking for a specific SUV when I came across it at Elkins Chevrolet. My husband made a call to see if it was available and I was searching Car Gurus looking for a specific SUV when I came across it at Elkins Chevrolet. My husband made a call to see if it was available and they confirmed it was. So off we went to the dealership. We were met by Tony Dillard when we arrived and he took us to see the used SUV I had been searching for. We took it for a test drive and I knew this was to be mine. There were a couple of scratches/dings on the front and Tony assured me they would take care of it...just like that! The next thing I knew I was signing papers and the SUV was mine. I couldn't believe how smooth and seamless it was and it didn't take hours to do. Between Tony Dillard and Bob Borman they could not do enough for us. In fact I had to bring my car back and leave it for the repairs to be done. I never asked if a loaner would be provided and they assumed I didn't need one. Well low and behold all loaner vehicles were being used. But they would not have me inconvenienced for even a moment. They quickly called Enterprise to get me a rental, they drove me over to pick it up and when I came to pick up my vehicle they returned the rental for me. I also want to acknowledge Michael (IT) who explained to me how things worked in my vehicle. He even gave me his card and told me to call him anytime if I had any questions. Who does that??? Well Elkins does, I would recommend this dealership to everyone especially female customers. They will treat you with the respect and professionalism you deserve. This was my fourth experience with Todd Hersh and once again it was a great experience. From start to finish Todd treats you fairly and does what he can to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your vehicle selection and purchase. No high pressure sales games just good old fashioned customer service. Bob Borman was once again super in ensuring it was a seamless experience and helping me sort out extended warranty questions. He is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of the industry. If you ever watch him work he is a machine preparing all required documents. After finalizing the purchase Mike Bilbow was there with a huge smile to help sort out a few tech questions. Even Adam Elkins got in on the action making sure my wife and I were completely satisfied.
