Once again , Elkins has exceeded my expectations and put us in another great vehicle. Elkins does it right by not pressuring you and doing everything they can to actually get you the deal your looking for. If your in the market for a vehicle you must stop and see Todd Hersh who by far is the best salesman I have ever deal with over the past 17 years. I have to say as most people are we were tired of car shopping, had a 9 month old with us, and just frustrated. Jeff was refreshing and the opposite of most sales people we have dealt with. He and the manager Bob got us into the car we came in for, didn’t try to up sell us, and most important made the payment fit our family’s budget. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and really pleased overall with the experience. Also we absolutely love the Acadia. They detailed it and it truly looks brand new. Thanks again guys. More

He asked for monthly payment numbers which were provided via e-mail within an hour of his talk with the online sales rep. We came into the dealership a day later and everything we were told was exactly what we expected - no surprises. We worked with Russ on the sale, Bob on the finance/warranty piece, and Michael helped us get set up and showed us how all the features of our new vehicle worked.
