I do feel that that I did not get a deal on the car as I did see same models on Auto trader for almost 10,000 miles less and less money being certified as well. I continued the sale because I enjoyed Todd. They just need to work on pricing there trucks as they are higher then a lot of other dealerships. Felt as I was sold on a truck I wanted based on price range and where I wanted to be not the true value of the truck. More

I spun around (this was in the evening) and pulled in to check it out. I was doing the walk around/dream about it thing for about 10 minutes or so when salesmen Jason came out and just chatted with me. No high pressure, no push just talked "cars". I was short on time so I said Id come back over in a few days. He took my number, gave me his card. I went back over a couple of days later for the test drive. Again, no pressure. Long story shortened. We sat down, hashed out a deal. We werent close enough on the #s but the team (sales, finance & trade in) worked hard to get as close to what I needed as they could. The deal was done. The next day, Jason sat with me in the truck and went over specifics with On star & the entertainment system (media & cell phone sync. Over all, never had any anxiety thru the process. Jason & everyone esle involved were personable & professional. They made is easy. I highly recommend Elkins Chevrolet and Jason Labella....even if your NOT YET ready to make a move.yet. More
