Bob Cerza has been our salesperson now for 3 Volvos. He’s kept in touch with us in advance of each lease regarding our preferences and timing; when the timing is right he facilitates the entire leasing He’s kept in touch with us in advance of each lease regarding our preferences and timing; when the timing is right he facilitates the entire leasing process. His low-key, but very hands-on style, makes the experience painless and pleasurable. Bob already knows what are leasing plans are for 2024 and hopefully we’ll have the pleasure of working with him again on Volvo number 4!.Of course the other reason we keep coming back to Smythe is the excellent Service Department which has never disappointed us.
