The different between Smythe Volvo vs other Volvo dealership that sealed the deal for my car purchase to be made there was their follow-up when requested and when asking questions about Volvo vehicle dealership that sealed the deal for my car purchase to be made there was their follow-up when requested and when asking questions about Volvo vehicles vs other Volvo dealerships who either never responded or where very sales gimmicky. That was the difference I found with Smythe Volvo and I compared Smythe with 3 other Volvo dealerships in the area. Bob the salesman balanced answering questions and unlike other salesman from other Volvo dealerships, stayed patient and followed-up with diligence. I am very happy with my new XC60 and have to say that the young gentleman that walked me through the details of the new car with a new operating system was patient as well and deserves kudos as well as the finance person, Howard Wu and Emilia. Everyone I worked with there for my car purchase made the deal seamless and the experience a positive car buying process. Thank you. More
