Bob and Smythe Volvo dealership made buying a used car easy. Set an appointment with Bob for a early morning Saturday appointment. Bob showed me the car and waited as I search the car top to bottom looking for a 15 year condition car, didn't look like over 5 years old. Car was in remarkable shape. Even though I couldn't bring myself to make a decision at first Bo hung in there to give the space I needed. I even went to lunch mid-negation because my cousins had come to meet me and we all looked over the car. Bob was patient and waited for my return never giving me any grief for pressure. After lunch returned to a accommodating dealership where a 1 hour look at appointment in my mind turned into a all day affair family affair. Bob ran through all the options after I bought the car. They worked with me since I was from out of state (NY) and picking up the car during the week became a challenge. Before coming to this dealership I looked at many other deanships and car lots looking at reviews and BBB complaints. Smythe Volvo came up clean and that was the first used car business I was comfortable to visit. Bob was super good working with me and easy honest person to talk with. PS hard to know everyone by name I dealt with. I felt I knew most of the dealership by the time I left late on Saturday. Event the customers in the waiting area seemed friends. More

Once we agreed to terms, we were short on time before needing to get home for our kids.
