After his military service, Bob worked in a Ford dealership for four years and has been with Autohaus for seven years after making the connection through a friend. Bob appreciates the fact that Autohaus has grown so much in the years he's been here and advises, "Work hard!" Excellent service, low pressure. Helped us select a vehicle with the options we wanted and helped us understand the value of new over CPO. We were looking to get a CPO service loaner at first. Once w vehicle with the options we wanted and helped us understand the value of new over CPO. We were looking to get a CPO service loaner at first. Once we decided to buy new there were certain options we thought we had to have. They were willing to work with another dealer to get us the car we wanted. In the end they showed us one similar that was a demo and why the one option we initially thought we wanted wasn’t really necessary on that vehicle. More

Very good on wait time for sevice ,haven’t had any problems out my recall but I did ask if you autohaus bmw could reset my computer cause my brake light was on & can use my onboard computer in car & problems out my recall but I did ask if you autohaus bmw could reset my computer cause my brake light was on & can use my onboard computer in car & nobody even looked at it ,never got done never said anything about it so it would of been a five star but not saying anything about my problem was very unsatisfactory &light is still on !!
