Buying without stress When we were met at the door by Bob Drake to look at a car we had seen online, we knew that he would be someone that we could work with. He was friendly, courteous, and obviously knew his way around a car showroom. We also got the feeling that he wanted to sell us the car that would fit our needs, not meet a sales quota for the day (although that is probably on any successful sales person's 'to do' list). He asked us just the right questions, gave us just enough information and offered us just the right amount of time to weigh our buying options. We were test driving the car we had come to see within minutes, and then after a short wait he had our trade-in evaluated and figures for us to ponder. Bob had recognized us as buyers who had done our homework, and we realized right away that he was an experienced, knowledgeable salesperson. The deal was done! More

They did not mess around with too many gimmicks, and focused instead on working out the best deal they could with me so that both of us could come out with some wins. They made sure I was comfortable in my choice and were very flexible on giving me the time I needed to check it out thoroughly. I was a little disappointed with the lack of focus on clearing inventory as the deals weren't as good as I was expecting given the large inventory they had on hand. I waited until the fall specifically to get a great price when new models were arriving soon. However, they still were willing to work with me to get a very nice price with significant cash down and financing. I was impressed with the way they customized everything including the optional plan offerings which I chose a few because of that enhanced the offering. More
