It felt like a friend was selling me my car. I met Paula months prior to buying my car when my mom and I brought her car in for an oil change. She was super nice and wanted to hold my daughter ( I met Paula months prior to buying my car when my mom and I brought her car in for an oil change. She was super nice and wanted to hold my daughter (who was only 2 months old at the time) and so down to earth. We jokes about how puppies and babies were our weakness. Needless to say my mom and dad went back and asked for Paula personally when they wanted to buy a new Honda because of how personable she was. So when I decided I wanted a new car she was the first person I wanted to talk to at Dover Honda. It honestly was like hanging out with a friend the whole time. It didn't seem fake either, you could tell Paula is just like that she is a super nice person and she wants what's best for her customers. I will never buy another car from anyone else. She made everything much less stressful. She is amazing! More

I went in with a good sense of what I wanted, but Paula graciously answered my questions about the variations in models and gave her advice based on my preferences. She was knowledgeable and honest, making the process very transparent. She is one of the first sales reps I've worked with, in any capacity, that wasn't at all pushy. Paula didn't try to sell me on any features or vehicles she knew I didn't need or want, but instead worked with me to get the car I wanted. She was friendly and professional, and I would be happy to work with her in the future. Sarah, the finance manager, took care of everything quickly which enabled me to leave with the car as the finance was taken care of that night. Overall, a great experience. More

Wondeful Car Buying Experience I had been looking for a new car for about 6 months and knew that I wanted a Honda. Initially, my boyfriend and I visited the dealership last Fall an I had been looking for a new car for about 6 months and knew that I wanted a Honda. Initially, my boyfriend and I visited the dealership last Fall and meet with Josh who took the time to test drive multiple vehicles with us and answer all of our questions. We were not ready to purchase a vehicle at that time and wanted to wait to test drive a new Civic Hatchback. Upon our return to the dealership this past weekend we were again greeted by Josh, but ultimately worked with Paula. We test drove both the Civic Sedan and Hatchback and ended up purchasing the Sedan. The process was stress-free (as it possibly could have been) and we left feeling like we made a great decision and that we were taken care of from start to finish. Paula (and Josh previously) made us feel comfortable and encouraged us to ask as many questions as we needed, take as much time as we needed and guided us through the process without any pressure. This was my second car buying experience from Dover Honda (I worked with and purchased a Civic with Bob Drake years ago and he was great as well) and I certainly do not believe it will be my last! More

Paula Redden saves the day! My 23 year old son recently needed a vehicle after his Chevy Tahoe died. He did his research and ended up at Dover Honda. He has never had a loan before and was hopeful he would qualify on his own. Paula was the consummate professional, addressing him directly as he was the client. I greatly appreciated and respected that gesture. Paula gave him many options and after conferring with Bob Drake, eventually ended up with a 2016 Honda Civic at a very competitive price. Bob even went above and beyond to secure a lower interest loan for him. Two days later he drove off the lot an extremely satisfied customer. I know he and I both will be back again to patronize Dover Honda. Thank you Paula! More
