Paula had such a great attitude and energy about her, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and took away from any anxieties/ reservations I had about purchasing my first car by myself! She chose the perfect used car for me, in unbelievable condition, and at a ridiculously good price. Tony was super helpful and gave me an incredible deal on my trade in, Marsha worked so hard to get me approved for a loan and made the paperwork process quick and easy to follow, and Bob Drake made sure that my experience was seamless and that I was happy with my purchase. Although I'm new to the car buying experience, the atmosphere at Dover Honda was unlike anything I've felt at any other dealership I've been to. There was zero pressure to upgrade to anything that was out of my price range. The whole process was transparent and I knew that no numbers were being hidden from me. My CRV kept me safe and performed exactly like I was told it would. However, I needed another vehicle as mine was totaled. I knew that one phone call to Rick at Dover Honda that I'd have one less issue and another safe vehicle. When I walked in, i was greeted by Rick with a "glad you are okay". This place feels like family every time I go in. Rick is honest and kind and considerate. He listens to what my needs are and puts me in a vehicle accordingly. I also always see Chris and Sue who are on the sales team and always greet me happily. I cannot say enough about the service department as well. There are many places to purchase a new Honda but this company is by far the best in the area!! Thanks again Honda family and happy 2017!! Not only do they make sure your expectations with the car, budget, and trust are met, but you can count on the staff to be there for you after the sale. They will follow up any questions, comments, or concerns and do their best to address any issues. The service department is very convenient with no appointment necessary for an oil change/ tire rotation! Walking into the dealership, you do not have the need to haggle on the used vehicles because the used car manager (Tony Khoury) sets the most aggressive pricing in NE (on QUALITY used vehicles), they will also honor any reasonable offer on a brand new Honda. As you can see from reviews below, many customers are pleased with the way Paula Redden conducts business. She will work tirelessly to not only make the sale, but more importantly have you leaving with a permanent smile on your face. Oh! And a new car! Paula is the most genuine and caring person you will meet and that is hard to come by. The sales managers most importantly, Bob Drake (Uncle Bob), will do whatever it takes to keep you coming back! The sales folks at Dover really accommodated me and even stored the car for a couple of months until I got back! They were all professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable.
