I feel like I got a little lucky finding a salesman with the integrity that he has. Everything was very low pressure on the point and easy to work with. Ask for him. In addition the finance manager Bob Ermstes was very straightforward, very cool and very easy to work with as well. Once the deal is done and you start to sign paperwork it can get a little bit nerve-wracking. But Bob made me feel the entire time like we were absolutely on the same page, and working towards the same goal. Overall very good experience. You are making the right decision if you go with these guys. More

We test drive a leftover 2018 GMC Yukon and it was perfect. After negotiating some we decided not to purchase it because we really wanted a 1-2 year old Yukon with low miles. Well the General Manager Russ and Gregory had just the vehicle. A 2018 Yukon with low miles and all the upgrades at a fantastic price. Unfortunately they just took it in on trade and it was pretty dirty to say the least. After a while we decided to purchase it and we were promised a vehicle that looked like New. The next day we went back and WOW..they did one hell of a job. This vehicle is better than New. We sat with the finance guy Bob and he made us feel like family. Actually everybody made us feel that way. We got the vehicle that we were looking for at a great price. Then today 5 days later UPS dropped off a package and it was a surprise to see the wireless headsets and remote control for the rear entertainment system. I had just written them off thinking the previous owner lost them. But they found them and sent them without even being asked to do so. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I cannot Thank everyone at Eagle enough for an amazing transaction... More
