"The best experience,hands down" This was my first BMW and i had the best experience working with Yale. I have worked with couple of other dealers too but this has been best so far be This was my first BMW and i had the best experience working with Yale. I have worked with couple of other dealers too but this has been best so far because of the friendly,proffesional and knowledgable folks from the sales like Yale.He and Spencer patiently answered all the questions and explained me the options and details throughly which made my shopping experience dam easy. This professional care and treatment i had surely provided me lost of trust and I will definitely have my services done there. Great experience with experienced team I had my 2007 BMW services for years at Knauz. When that car died I looked at Knauz as one option. They provided excellent service and no pressure. Bob Geisheker was my sales rep and he was easy to communicate with, detail oriented, and full of knowledge. Bob worked with me over three days to find the right fit, which included three test drives and a few extra computer searches. I appreciated Bobs support so much I turned him on to a friend who was also looking for a car. Doug in finance was also great, he worked through the contracting process efficiently and was very friendly as well. I also had the assistance of two M geniuses, Spencer and John. Kudos to a great team. More

Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The atmosphere at the dealership is laid back and very inviting. I worked with Bob Geisheker, and from start to finish he was great. He did everything he could to find additional discounts/specials to help get my monthly payment where I wanted it. I also dealt with, Brandon, who was responsible for the test drive/explanation of the car features. He was also very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was leasing (BMW X5). For financing, I worked with Doug, and and he was great as well. Everyone at Knauz makes the car buying/leasing experience much easier than I've ever experienced in the past. So much so, my wife returned two days later to purchase a 2014 BMW 328i. We again worked with Bob and Brandon. More

Great Price, Great Service This is the way car buying should be. I built the car I wanted with one of the online services and checked off a number of dealers to get a price. S This is the way car buying should be. I built the car I wanted with one of the online services and checked off a number of dealers to get a price. Shortly thereafter I got an email from Bob G followed by a phone call about my specific requirements for a car and a discussion of special discounts available. About a week later I made an appointment to test drive a car, which turned out to be the exact car I wanted, color, equipment, etc. All discussions were very low key. Bob and the "genius" persons were extremely knowledgeable about their product. (Something not true at other dealers). After I drove the car we had a brief, low key price negotiation, no pressure or need to haggle at length. Bob made an extremely good price offer in response to my offer. The Knauz price was much lower than that made by any other dealer and the sales environment was was stress free. The actal delivery of the car was also very easy. The only thing that took any time was an almost hour long orientation course in the operation of all of the features of the new BMW. More
