Most of us dread going to a car dealer, especially when you know you have run out of time with your aging car. I just drove home in a new 328i and am all smiles. No heart thumping concern that I may have left with hidden costs or that there was a better car sitting in the lot. Bob Geisheker, my sales advisor, was professional, expert, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Bob is knowledgeable, quick with his follow up and provided great suggestions while I considered my options and made my decision. Most important to me is that he earned my trust. This is my third BMW and I know I got the best price and value for my new car. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Spencer Parker, the BMW Genius.
