Great Dealership I just bought a new BMW and Bob Geisheker made the buying experience fun. I had a small issue with a sensor. Bob and Scott responded quickly to our questions and were generous with their time to educate us with regard to product information, lease/purchase options and beneficial protection plans. There was never a feeling of pressure, so our decision felt comfortable and right for us. Scott documented the transaction in a pleasantly efficient manner, and Bob again made us feel special as he presented our X3 and the BMW Genius that would teach us what we needed to know about its operation. Friendly Pleasant Experience Purchased an X5 from Bob in early February. My husband liked the car so much that he went back and go an X3 for himself. Bob gave us fair pricing on both cars and was very easy and helpful to deal with. Everyone we have dealt with at Knauz has been friendly. The free car washes are also a nice perk! More
