My best car buying experience ever! I arrived at the dealership, not knowing exactly what I was looking for. I know I needed a new car, since the lease on my current BMW was about to exp I arrived at the dealership, not knowing exactly what I was looking for. I know I needed a new car, since the lease on my current BMW was about to expire. So since I was in the neighborhood, I decided to pay Knauz a visit. Bob approached and politely ask what I was in for? I explained my situation to him, he proceeded by providing me with several different options based on my needs. We kept on going back and forth for a few days looking at different vehicles, new and pre-owned, because I could not make up my mind.
