Easy Low Pressure CPO Purchase Purchased a CPO BMW yesterday. Overall great experience. Very friendly and easy to deal with. We are from out of town and had a list of vehicles to see that day at various dealerships. We stopped looking after we visited Knauz BMW. Received a very thorough in-service on all the features of the vehicle and felt well-informed driving off the lot. Too bad we don't live in the area as it seems they are not just about closing the deal but also want to make sure you are well taken care of with all subsequent service visits. We have their business cards filed away for future reference because I'm sure we will be back when its time to purchase another vehicle. More

Very pleasant car buying experience with Bob Geisheker This is the first BMW we ever bought, thus we were not completely sure what we should go for when we walked into the dealership. Bob Geisheker approac This is the first BMW we ever bought, thus we were not completely sure what we should go for when we walked into the dealership. Bob Geisheker approached us with very warming welcome, and gave us an education on the standard configuration and the optional add-on's. Bob did not give us any push in purchasing and offered continuous assistance in the following few months. We picked a car with packages that Knauz does not have in its inventory, Bob worked hard to identify one with very similar packages in another dealership and had it delivered to us upon our agreement. Even though, we still got a fair deal. Couple of days following the delivery, Bob called to follow up with us offering further assistance on answering potential questions. Considering the price you pay for a luxury car and service you expect in the years to come, you definitely want to go with a dealership and sales person like Knauz and Bob Geisheker. In addition, Bob Graziano had been very kind in making the purchase finalized and Steve Kwasman is very helpful in explaining warranties and processing the final purchasing document. More

Advisor Bob Geisheker put me at ease with his friendly approach and was most accommodating in helping us focus our needs and wants. In addition to offering a fair deal on price, Bob was able to save me additional money by identifying a discount program I was eligible for The BMW Genius program is great. Spencer helped get me up to speed on all the new features added since my last purchase and Luke patiently spent all the time we needed at delivery time. Steve Kwasman was vey friendly and easy to work with while working through the paperwork. All told, we are both extremely happy with the experience and the product. More

The few times I have ventured out for service, closer to my home, I have been extremely disappointed with the level of customer service received at the hands of other dealerships. Recently, I contacted Bob Geisheker of Knauz because I was in need if a new car. My experience was beyond perfect. There was little stress in the process and devoted attention to me and my satisfaction as the customer. I wish there were 10 Stars to award Bob and Knauz BMW the finance manager was also patient and a delight to work with. Thank you! More

Excellent Experience thanks to Bob Geisheker! I was looking for a used car. I've been to couple of other dealerships. Then I saw a car that I was interested in at Knauz, a BMW X1. I went to their dealership and Bob Geisheker helped me. He was very helpful, professional and friendly. Working with him made the whole buying process so much easier. I was surprised to find out how easy it was to buy a used car without all the hassle when you work with the right sales expert. I highly recommend Bob to anyone who wants to buy a new or used car. Even after the sale Bob Geisheker was very helpful and responsive to any kind of questions I had. Next time I need a car, I will definitely go back to Bob and work with him. More

An Honest Approach I started the process of leasing a car through a website search. I had a BMW for 8 years and my eye was on the X3. I was given Bob Geisheker's name a I started the process of leasing a car through a website search. I had a BMW for 8 years and my eye was on the X3. I was given Bob Geisheker's name and made an appointment with him. I told Bob that I was in the early stages of researching the next car that my husband and I would get. I live and work close by, so leasing seemed the best option for our family at this time. Bob was very honest with me about what BMW had to offer and what inventory he had. He walked us through the process of selling our current BMW and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the outcome. He also introduced us to his colleagues at Mercedes to allow us to learn about other cars similar to the X3. He wanted us to be satisfied. We didn't end up leasing from Bob and went with the Mercedes. Mercedes simply had more inventory of 2014's. We felt so strongly about how Bob had helped us that we didn't want his time to go unnoticed. He went above and beyond for us and we feel obligated to make sure that he gets the accolades he deserves. He has made us life long Knauz customers and we look forward to working with him and all Knauz employees in the future. More
