Went in after work Saturday October 7th, with a plan to leave with a car that day until any negotiations on my side would be met with berating and yelling. When we got to negotiations on the trade in and I said I had a signed appraisal from west Herr (which I would recommend over this dealership any day) instead of asking to see the paper he was making a point that a 2016 Silverado was essentially valueless, then I made a point to reiterate that maybe I we could work something out if the military discount would be applied (which the military discount is only applicable with in 12 months of eas so warning any veterans looking to by here) then I was met with unprofessional barrage of a mixture of yelling because I guess costumers aren’t allowed to calmly and swiftly make decisions and ask questions about trade-ins or ask about discounts which led to the best part when they brought their manager in to discuss the value of my trade in. Once all three of us sat down all I could smell was straight weed and the manager then met me with a mixture of unprofessionalism and yelling saying there isn’t a dealership around here that would offer more when I came in with other appraisals in the truck but they never asked to see them. Then when I said I didn’t want to buy this car from here anymore they shot back and said “serious,well this is the best you’re going to get” then I walked out but if there was any sense of professionalism I would have considered the purchase. More
