I reached out to Bob Hook Chevrolet about the fact I might want to buy a Silverado, from that point on the process was amazing. They let me take a new Silverado home for 3 Days to make sure I enjoyed it since I was moving from car to truck. During that time they were in constant contact about what I liked and didn’t. As we got closer to what I wanted they went out of their way to find a dealer close by with exact truck. The ran financing about 5 different ways to insure the best deal for me. Everyone at the dealership from sales to finance were first class, no nonsense. They got me in and out on purchase day as I only had an hour and then had me back to go over vehicle 3 Days later. This was easily the best car buying experience of my life and I would strongly recommend that you go see them for new or used purchase. It’s clear to see how this family business has survived 3 generations, they treat you like family. No fussing, no games, no nonsense. Give them a try, you will not regret it. More

They haven't refund my money yet and I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW. This is just outrageous. I've sent several emails to them asking about my refund with no success so far. You know it just take a second to refund a PAYPAL payment. Its my money, not their money to play with. More

I bought a chevy avalanche over the summer at Bob Hook and have recently had some issues with it. It was a certified vehicle and I had trouble with the tires. Long story short, three months after I bought the vehicle I had to buy new tires. Everything but the tires was under warranty, so I ended up having to pay 800$ for new tires. The person before me didnt rotate them correctly so they wore pretty bad. Anyways, I emailed them and discussed my issues and dissatisfaction that the tires hadn't been taken care of beforehand. Bob Hook personally emailed me back in a timely fashion and said he would look into the service records they had. A day later he emailed me and said that he would like to reimburse me for the tires because that should have been taken care of beforehand. I was shocked with his honesty first of all, and his offer to pay for the tires knocked me off my feet! This is a dealership that we have had several positive experiences with! They are honest, fair and stand behind their customers. Great customer service! I will be back to buy my next car from this man! Thanks BOB! More
