Took my help left went to 2 diff mechanics whom both said my brake pads are fine They were just trying to rip me off they get a lot of customers from them saying the same thing ... oh yeah Mr Service manager Bob Kennedy ? On yelp they tell you contact him ... I’ve called for three weeks he is never available , has no voice mail and no email... that explains it because if he did his phone would blow up as well as his emails ... this dealership is a den of unprofessional thieves ... the best is I leased new vehicle from them they didn’t even give me a spare tire Do not waste your time here unless you want to get ripped off or treated like a low life ... Poor work quality on recall and door seal - unhelpful manage I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a few recalls and to have a seal around the passenger door replaced. The clockspring recall was a disaster and caus I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a few recalls and to have a seal around the passenger door replaced. The clockspring recall was a disaster and caused me multiple trips to fix. There was a continual passing the buck attitude, like they were doing me a favor to fix the deficient work. My local mechanic hooked the jeep up to a monitor and in a few moments mentioned the issue could be clockspring related. The dealership had the jeep for a full day the day prior and couldn't figure this out. My other recall was for an airbag and when they replaced the airbag they forgot to put in a grommet so, naturllay, I needed to come back again. Costing me easily an hour and half to two hours each way in travel, fees etc. Did the dealership accommodate in any way? no they did not. I was hopeful when manager, Bob Kennedy, got involved it would help but only got worse. When I asked to see his boss, he told me its basically useless, that the boss would only direct me back to him. Was hoping for a good experience and getting a few recalls done. Turned into a high stress situation. And my new door seal...? It leaking just as bad. Now what? another return visit? More

Worst service I drop the car off and they said there gonn be done in a week. Called the next day and still same thing happened never got a phone call back. I called again the next few day same thing, sometimes they would put me on hold for 30 min and then they would hang up. This happened to me twice. Finally when i got in touch with them they had the car ready because they would have never called. Then I drive back to my home I check for my sunglasses and they were missing along with my phone case. They stole my brand new sunglasses I have the receipt and glasses case in the car. I call to let them know and they did the same thing they said they wer going to call me back never did, called the next day and they put me on hold for 20min then hung up on me. I don’t know what’s going on but honestly the worst service I have ever gotten. As soon as the lease is up I probably will never deal with a dodge again.... More

I have never gotten a free car wash, when I asked they said they don't do that anymore, when I ask for the tire rotation they charge me, I told them that when I brought my jeep I was told that I get free tire rotation their response was i have to pay. They are nasty and I wish I never brought my jeep from them. They lied. The sales person was never available when I wanted to ask him why is everything different from what I was told..
