Excellent ALl the WAY I work as a Nanny and my family bought the car that I drive from this place. WHenever I take that car to service it, they are so very nice. Because I work as a Nanny and my family bought the car that I drive from this place. WHenever I take that car to service it, they are so very nice. Because of this I decided to buy myself a car from them when my Ford broke down. They were so sweet, Deb even let me use her card to pay for Car Insurance over phone because I only had cash on me. The finance manager was the icing on the cake. He was so honest and willing to help me anyway he could. My credit sucked too! I got a great deal and they were so nice to me the entire time. I am 28 years old and I will be buying my cars there for the rest of my life! More

Outstanding service by the best customer service department! I have had my Volvo serviced at Prestige Volvo for over 8 years and they have dispersed any misconceptions of car dealers being the too expensive when I have had my Volvo serviced at Prestige Volvo for over 8 years and they have dispersed any misconceptions of car dealers being the too expensive when it comes to car service. Everyone in the service department is helpful, but I would like to commend Patricia Sommerville for her incredible professionalism, expertise, dedication and friendliness. Patricia always seems to go above and beyond to help customers and she is always smiling, no matter what sort of challenges she may be facing. I can go to a service shop closer to my home, but I prefer going out of my way to Prestige because of their unparalleled service. More

Botched the job and fished for extra work - not going back Took my sedan to Prestige this summer to get some exterior lights fixed. It was my first (and last) visit. When the service rep (Bob Knott) called t Took my sedan to Prestige this summer to get some exterior lights fixed. It was my first (and last) visit. When the service rep (Bob Knott) called to update me on the work he reported not one but three other issues which needed to be addressed asap. One item would have involved putting my car up on a lift to diagnose. And for two of the three items he went on to explain how something else might be found or needed in the repair process. I tuned out after he said the brake fluid was bad. It was changed 15 miles before I got to Prestige by my trusted mechanic. Did my guy screw up the brake fluid change – maybe, but I doubt it. There was no explanation about why they even looked at my car beyond what I asked them to do. Maybe I would have felt better if they said they did a thorough courtesy check on the house because it was my first visit. Did they think I was a car neophyte or a nervous nellie? Unfortunately, not only did they come off as dishonest by fishing for work to be done, but also they didn’t even fix the bulb I specifically asked them to look at! Yep that’s right. So I had to go back again. All I got from Bob was “that’s weird”. No apology for wasting my time having to go back. At least when I went back the second time at the time slot I requested they took me right away and I was in and out. There seems to be a cultural issue at Prestige about service that’s just slightly off. They have service reps highlight “outstanding” on your invoice and inquire about whether you are getting a high service level. But it seems almost like bullying when they know most people won’t actually respond to say well you could have done this or that better. Kind of like a retail store with a tip jar in huge letters but yet they have a few surly employees who think any average interaction should result in some money coming their way. Guys this should have been a pretty simple transaction. All I asked you to do was check out a few light bulbs and you managed to leave a very bad impression. Not going back. More

Outstanding Service! My wife's car needed a dent on the roof repaired. After getting the run around at another dealership that was closer to home, I called Prestige. Jay and Bob were outstanding. They made sure I was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door. The car looks great and customer service was outstanding. To make it even better, the price was much less then the other dealership. Thanks Guys! More

Bob Knott is an exceptional customer facing resource that any dealership should try to replicate. He is trusting, matter of fact, down to earth and a caring person. He spends the time to educate and is diligent with the details. He is a good person that we appreciate when we visit Volvo for service. Thanks for caring Bob and going the extra step, you're becoming an anomaly in the Car business any dealership would be lucky to have you. Also, Jay is in the same category, you guys care about your customers, that's what matters to most people. Thank you for that. This is one dealership and it may sound strange that likely helps drive sales. It's abnormal for most dealerships we have dealt with, not with Volvo Service, they're an exceptional team with the attitude of The customer comes 1st mentality that most businesses lost over the last decade or so. If I owned a dealership I would ask that entire service team to run the operation, they're that good!!! More

This is our 5th Volvo. My wife, as do I, simply love the Volvo automobile. We have been dealing with Prestige Volvo, East Hanover, NJ since our first Volvo in 2000. Everyone is always friendly and profess Volvo automobile. We have been dealing with Prestige Volvo, East Hanover, NJ since our first Volvo in 2000. Everyone is always friendly and professional, making you feel comfortable. When it come to service, they are not demanding, only recommending in optional service items. The service team is outstanding, just to mention Bill Dempsey and Patricia Sommerville, who we've dealt with the longest. Bob Knott is proving himself to be a great addition to their team. Christian Parada originally contacted me about a week ago to get our interest in getting out of our current lease, due to expire in Dec 2013, a bit early and find us a deal we were happy with. Christian then asked PJ Lee to research our current lease to see what he can do. PJ called me the other day, professionally, asking a few questions as to what we were looking for and went into action. He called me on Friday, gave me a few lease term options and left it in my lap, not pressuring me as to when I was going to come in or trying to get me to commit. We met with PJ yesterday, Saturday, he showed us a few vehicles and we decided. We re-confirmed the lease options he originally presented to me and we left in our new XC60 comfortable that we were treated fairly, professionally and respectfully. PJ was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and straight forward. He not only talked business, but personally about his nephews, who he adore's, and interests. There was no reason for haggling, going back and forth. Thanks for such a pleasurable experience, my wife loves her new XC60 !!!! Anthony Mutz More
