Recently I had two service appointments. The first was for a blown out tire that was covered in full because Christian suggested I talk to Pat about tire insurance when I purchased my wagon through Christ for a blown out tire that was covered in full because Christian suggested I talk to Pat about tire insurance when I purchased my wagon through Christian in January. The insurance is awesome and well worth it after having hit something sharp on the road and ruined a wheel and tire. I spoke with Matt on the phone when that happened and he made sure I got a loaner even though it was a last minute request. Bob was great when I brought my car in after roadside assistance put the spare on, and the new wheel was taken off a car on the lot so I did not have to wait for one to be ordered. Professionalism, service, personableness and kindness could not have been any better. The second service appointment was for the replacement of the rear bumper (s) due to a minor collision which the other party's insurance paid for. Bill handled this and was terrific. Lindsey helped in person and on the phone with both service appointments. More

My visit was an extremely positive experience. My car was ready for it's 7,500 service appointment. The service department (Bob Knott) was extremely customer friendly, very easy to work with, called me was ready for it's 7,500 service appointment. The service department (Bob Knott) was extremely customer friendly, very easy to work with, called me immediately following my car being ready to be pick up, and had my car at the foot of the door once I arrived. My car was clean and in perfect condition. Deborah Amster-Smith recongnized me while I was in the service department and asked me how I was and asked how my car was doing. Deborah was the best sales associate I have ever worked with and this is my third Volvo. I am very pleased with Prestige Volvo Of East Hanover, and I would recommend all friends and family members to visit them for a car. More

Prestige is a wonderful dealer. I have been positive with that since I purchased my Volvo there. When it came to my first car service, I called Jay and he even clearly remembered me. No need to mentio with that since I purchased my Volvo there. When it came to my first car service, I called Jay and he even clearly remembered me. No need to mention the greetings from Jay, Bob, and Patricia were very warm. No need to mention how convenient to file the document because Bob was super fast and professional with it. I even didn't have to go back to my car to check the mileage because Jay already handled everything. When I signed my name and walked out the door, Joe already were waiting outside to send me back home...What else can I say? I love this whole team! That's why I am so confident to recommend Prestige to my friends. My friends didn't just take my words, they went there and experienced it by themselves and as far as I know they already drove one XC90 and two XC60 T6 away, ha-ha~~ More

The service department was able to accommodate me the same day for a tire inflation issue. Of course, I did not expect a loaner car to be available and expected to wait. They provided a complimentary car wash when leaving. Although I had not purchased my vehicle at this dealership, they were willing to enter all the information I had brought with me regarding my service package on my wheels and tires so that the repair would be covered by my package and free of charge. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience. More

The service and overall experience I receive at Prestige Volvo has always be great whether it be for a repair or just routine maintenance.
