Pleasant, polite, professional people to work with My lease was expiring next month and I began shopping for another car. I liked myJeep Patriot, but they are no longer making those, so I was open to seeing various makes and models, maybe not even Jeep. I spent countless hours online and driving through various dealerships to see what is out there. I returned to the dealership I had previously leased through only to find the salesman had experienced a recent health issue and was not going to be returning to work soon. I really wanted to work only with that gentleman as I was comfortable with him. I wondered what to do next. Perhaps through an internet search, I was contacted by the internet specialist at Ganley, Hasell, and she was so pleasant to speak with on the phone. She sent me texts of various Jeep models that I might be interested in. We were in the area on a busy Sat. afternoon but stopped in to introduce myself to her. A week later we went in to test drive a few vehicles and see if there was something that my husband and I both liked. We were introduced to Todd and he was very polite and comfortable to talk with. We went on a few test drives, he allowed me to ask about a million questions both in the car and in the office. He never appeared to be distracted, and it was as if I was the only person considering buying a car that day. What a great experience. It was fairly busy but I have to say each person I saw was friendly, introduced themselves, always making sure we didn't need anything such as coffee, water, etc. My husband and I asked for a quiet time to discuss our purchase and Todd was most accomodating. We never felt rushed, pushed or pressured. Overall a great car buying experience. Thank you for that. It was quite cold that day so I didn't take advantage of finding out about all the bells and whistles the Cherokee has but Todd checked back with me in a week to see if I had any questions or concerns that he could help me with. Great job! More

Professionalism At Its Finest I recently began a search for a new Dodge Challenger Scat Pack and came across one listed on Ganley Village CDJR's website. As an out of state buyer, I recently began a search for a new Dodge Challenger Scat Pack and came across one listed on Ganley Village CDJR's website. As an out of state buyer, I was unsure as to whether or not this would actually work out. I was contacted by Henry Bailey and we began correspondence and conversation in regards to the Challenger I was interested in. Not long after.... the Challenger wound up being purchased by someone else. Henry assured me he would locate another Challenger Scat Pack for me through their dealership network. Henry knew precisely what I was looking for.... a Challenger with a couple basic options in one of two preferred colors and he located one for me. I was given a very fair value for my trade in as well as a great price on the 2019 Challenger Scat Pack. . Henry and the Finance Manager, Bob Kukwa, are the true definition of professionals. Every part of my dealings with them was excellent. Henry provided a detailed in-car tutorial of the U-Connect system and other electronic features that I was unfamiliar with. His explanations were done in such a manner that a non-techie person like me was able to understand him. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about his products and you could tell he had a passion for the brand. He made sales/order process very easy and did a detailed review prior to submission. During the process I was introduced to Bob Kukwa who was very helpful, knowledgeable in the process of me getting a fair price without any “run-around”. In the end I got to meet Al Uber for the finance part of my purchase, he was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Offered a month end deal for a car with a known problem I was looking for a certified used Jeep to purchase last week. The Jeep I was interested in had a major squeeking noise during the test drive. Even I was looking for a certified used Jeep to purchase last week. The Jeep I was interested in had a major squeeking noise during the test drive. Even though I was at the dealership for a hour, the mechanics could not resolve the issue. The dealership offered me a "month end" deal that I was willing to agree to but the car was not working well (they still had not resolved the squeeking issue) so I told them to call when resolved. Then, the next day they sent a note back saying that the problem was resolved but that they were resinding the month end offer from the day before. Why would anyone expect a consumer to buy a "certified" car with a known problem This dealership is unprofessional and not trust worthy. AVOID this dealership More

Thieves Got rid of a vehicle I purchased through them 2years ago. Long story short, they REFUSE to pay me my GAP insurance. I filed all proper paperwork, even followed Their protocol. Now I'm told they messed up and never filed paperwork, and I have to wait yet another 6-8 weeks. They are crooks. They sure want their money up front, but when it comes to them paying you, they ignore you at all costs. I highly recommend a different dealer More
