I was pleasantly surprised that Ethan did something that doesn't happen very often at dealerships - he LISTENED to what my actual need was! There was no pressure, no directing, no pushing this or that or the 'special of the day'... just discovering what would fit our needs. After finding a possible fit and a quick test drive my wife and I chose the truck above and we are both happy with our purchase. During the process, Ethan was very attentive and stayed with us answering all our questions thoroughly and precisely, and guided us through the purchase process flawlessly. Dan in finance was attentive, efficient, and presented me with one of the better business experiences in a dealer's finance department (Thanks Dan!).
