Smooth, Professional, and Top Notched Cassandra Marc was our Sales Consultant when we bought our new 2019 ST Edge. She was wonderful and very professional. Loved the fact that she was a knowledgeable lady in the sales department and she explained everything to us. She knows her cars. She was friendly and very honest with us. She set up our phones and explain how certain ST features works. She is a plus in the Rizza dealership. A keeper!!!!! Also, the Rizza discount and rebates offers were fantastic and another reason why we came right in on Friday, July 29th. My husband has been researching cars for months!! He has gone over the car's on Rizza's website. So when the ST Edge came up, we made our decision and came in!! When we talked to Bob Burke about the additional warranties, he helped us to understand what each one was for. With the ST being very high tech SUV, we understood the importance of these warranties. We like the fact things were EXPLAINED but not forced or doing a "sales job" to get these warranties. I listed others below because I have worked and known them for years; being a faithful Ford patron. Everyone I mentioned below has always been fair and honest with me/us. My husband, Emil and I, appreciate the treatment we get and always made us feel like VIP. One of the reasons why we come to Rizza Ford for any new cars as well as any services we need. We have never been disappointed and will continue to go to Rizza Ford. Everyone deserves a "A". More

Looking, Finding, Found, Bought, Happy I came to Joe Rizza Ford and Lincoln, to look at an MKS on 06/16/19. I found a Lincoln Continental, that haunted my dreams. My salesman, Joey Gio, was I came to Joe Rizza Ford and Lincoln, to look at an MKS on 06/16/19. I found a Lincoln Continental, that haunted my dreams. My salesman, Joey Gio, was informative and created a fantastic incentive for me to drive the car home that day. Due to a promise I made my husband, I didn't, ooh but it was hard. The car haunted my dreams, on the following Thursday, I saw fantastic deals by Lincoln on the car and decided to give Mr. Gio another call. He offered to run my information. Thanks to him and Bob of the finance department, by Friday 2:30 pm, I received the call, my financing went through and I picked up my car around 4:00 pm. I needed a review on all of the technology that comes with the car and was promptly scheduled with a Concierge to provide training on the systems. Quick and effective to match a beautiful car and I am very happy customer. More
