TypiKIAly awesome visit Although it's difficult to rack up the miles these days my car still hit a milestone, the 60,000 mile service. Bob talked me through what was needed and discussed the process with me as well as going over a few other things. They're always helpful in keeping me informed of the services required for my warranty and keeping me on track but they don't pester or try to put in a bunch of unneeded servicing. My other friend Bob was there as well, willing as always to run me to Ollies while I waited. It was good catching up since I hadn't seen him in a while. The service and family atmosphere at Coastal Kia can't be beat. In the 3 years I've been dealing with them I've come to consider many there as friends...... Which helps soften the blow when paying for car services, lol. That being said, I still came out cheaper than what we had anticipated. Pandemic not withstanding it was good to see "the family". Didn't mean to leave out Howard, the voice on my shoulder reminding me it's time, 😁. More

Service Review Service appointments are easy to make on line. On site Service has always been efficient and friendly. Our salesman was patient, honest and easy to work with. The service dept. listened, accurately assessed my concerns, answered questions I had and efficiently serviced my vehicle. Bob kept me updated on the progress of the work and emailed me quotes prior to doing any work. I like that I can see in writing and select the repairs online that I agree to. My car received a courtesy wash after servicing making her look & drive great! Because Coastal Kia is an hour away for me, I've always had my car serviced locally. But, not anymore. After comparing quotes for work from new brakes, synthetic oil change, etc. I found Coastal Kia is more competitive in pricing and the service is excellent. I'll be making that drive in the future! More
