Bob's service was unparalleled!! Wife's Kia broke down on our way down to Wilmington. Had it towed to coastal Kia and was serviced by Bob. Honestly, probably the best customer experienced I've ever experienced at a dealership. Walked us through from start to finish, you can tell he genuinely cared and had no agenda - went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend getting your Kia serviced at this dealership - whatever Bob says you can take it to the bank. Not used to this type of honesty and integrity.
