Expect the worse of people trying to dump cars on unsuspecting buyers (like Jeep does). But not at island acura. We were greeted by the receptionist who asked if we wanted to talk to a sales rep, we wanted to look before we were hassled(we thought). After about 15 minutes we asked for a salesman. We were greeted by Bobby Gio. He was very kind and honest. we told him what we liked and what we wanted to spend. we took a test drive. she choose her car and out of curiosity i asked what my jeep was worth to them. they gave me very fair number. the manager Tony also came over to see how the process was going, he was nice and professional. a few hours later we came back to pick up our new cars. it was a hassle free environment there. Bobby was great with everything, taking my jeep and taking my wives lease. Would DEFINITELY recommend island acura. thanks Bobby! it was a pleasure! will be back!! More

All I can say is that is not your "typical car dealership". The General Manager Frank Onolfi runs this business in a very professional, friendly manner. As soon as you walk in you are treated like "family". They are NOT pushy, obnoxious or arrogant like some dealerships are. This all starts from the top - Frank Onolfi! You are always greeted with a friendly smile - even after the "deal is done". I just leased another vehicle (2018 RDX) from this dealership on Tuesday 8/8/17. Once again, nothing has changed! Greeted like "family" - sat down with "my personal Salesperson" - Bob Gio. Bob is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very competent! We went over the numbers that we both were comfortable with - he was NOT pushy in any way! The contract was signed - all within an hour! I returned yesterday (Wednesday 8/10/17) at 11am. Bob had the car waiting, he went over EVERY DETAIL and FUNCTION of the car with my wife and I. He was very patient and articulate. We went back inside to finish up the paperwork and we were done within the hour - now that is how to run a dealership and how to sell a car!!!! GREAT JOB Frank and Bob. Now something about the service department. I have been servicing my cars here for years. I have been dealing with Joe Robinson. Joe is always accommodating - never sells you more than what you need. Another true professional in his field. He returns your car in a timely manner - serviced and washed! Another reflection of how this dealership is operated! Great job Joe! Where's the EASY button??!! I only have words of gratitude and appreciation for this dealership! I was treated with respect and matter of fact business terms....which is what I only have words of gratitude and appreciation for this dealership! I was treated with respect and matter of fact business terms....which is what I like! The vehicle I had scheduled to go see was prepped for me prior to my expected arrival time and I was able to go for my test drive minutes after arriving. Once the test drive was over it was time to talk numbers and it wasn't a hassle of walks to a pretend managers approval. The dealing was a straight shot and done!! From the moment I walked in with my scheduled appointment to the time I left was 1hr and 12m!! I had visited 5 dealerships within that week and by far Island Acura made the experience such a pleasant one. I traveled from New Jersey to Long Island and they made me feel that it was ALL worth it because I got the vehicle I was looking for within a pleasant and inviting environment. Thank you Island Acura especially the group I dealt with directly-Rocky T, Bobby G and the finance guy Jim!!! You guys definitely kept my smile on through the whole process!!! More
