We advertise our vehicles at a true transaction price, we don't build in extra money just to discount it and make you feel like you received a good deal. Our price is probably what attracted you to that vehicle, as well as the low miles that was on the vehicle. We apologize you are not happy but we do hope you enjoy your vehicle.

No, I am not happy. When I went to pick up my Acura, your dealership charged me an additional $404 over my original invoice (which you said was your error). You refund me $267 and $60, which totals $327. When last I saw you, I made it a point that I was not happy. You called me a few days later to ask if you refunded the difference of $77, would I rescind my reviews and stop writing new ones. ( I originally bought this vehicle, and was given a ‘great price’. Your ‘great price’ was EIGHT DOLLARS less than the online price. I called you to cancel that purchase, and because I needed a car, I called you back and asked if that car was still available. So my savings was EIGHT DOLLARS, and that’s when the second invoice charged me an additional $404.). I should have walked out the door. I VERY STRONGLY ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO PURCHASE FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP, BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE CROOKS!

This was not a case of bait and switch, it was a typographical error made by our Customer Care Service Center. We explained it was a mistake and that we couldn't sell the vehicle at that price. This morning our Customer Care Center Manager contacted you to let you know what had happened. After that, our General Sales Manager contacted you to apologize and offer you the vehicle at a price that we could sell. You were not agreeable with the price and we repeated that it was in fact a typographical error. This was all done via email and telephone, and a deal was never agreed upon by either party.

As I said. Bait and switch. There were no less than 15 emails back and forth and at no time did anyone say this was a “typo” or “mistake” even after I submitted a counter offer. Only when it was time to make good on the quote was it a “mistake”
