Bobby was fine, the work was fine, no complaints on those
scores. However, you guys are overpriced. I knew it was somewhat more than an independent dealer would have charged, but then when you added in the

I knew it was somewhat more than an independent dealer would have charged, but then when you added in the "parts" (the rather obvious antifreeze and oil for the flushes I had done, which I had incorrectly assumed were in your estimate), it was significantly more. So when I considered who to do the shocks and brakes which your guys correctly identified, I checked my independent dealer, and he was almost $1000 less, plus having a 3 year versus 1 year guarantee. Thus I went with them rather than you for the followup shock and brake work. So 5 star result for the work done, but not so impressive for the pricing.
