I live in Dallas, but I buy all of my Escalade V ESV’s from Big Star Cadillac. My previous salesperson does not currently sell cars and I was introduced to Mark. Since I’m not local to the dealership, I from Big Star Cadillac. My previous salesperson does not currently sell cars and I was introduced to Mark. Since I’m not local to the dealership, I had to rely heavily on Mark’s expertise and his overall knowledge about the process of delivering a car to a customer that’s in a different part of the state. Mark was very very attentive to all of the details and familiar with the complexities of the deal. My car was a special order and Mark had everything arranged and ready to go. The process was flawless. Mark did an outstanding job and I would definitely buy another car from him and Big Star Cadillac. I have my eye on a 2027 already. If anyone is looking for professionalism and attention to details, he’s your guy! Mark, thank you so much for all your hard work and effort that you put in to getting my deal over the finish line and delivered in perfect condition. More

The whole staff at Big Star Cadillac is World Class. Pricing is easy and transparent. The pick up and delivery team is so polite and helpful. This is our 4th new Cadillac and we love the Lyriq! I'm analytical; I have extensive questions and like concise answers; I like to have a clear understanding of all cost and forms required in the cash purchase of a new vehicle. Thus, my purchases are conducted in a methodical manner. Prior to the Cadillac XT6 purchase, on Dec 2025, I owned a 2016 Cadillac SRX.
