My experience at this location has been disappointing. On multiple visits, I felt that the staff were dismissive, possibly because my vehicle was originally purchased from another Lexus dealership. Regard On multiple visits, I felt that the staff were dismissive, possibly because my vehicle was originally purchased from another Lexus dealership. Regardless of where a vehicle was purchased, customers should receive the same level of service and professionalism. During my most recent visit, I brought the car in for electrical issues. The dealership performed a diagnostic test and reported that nothing appeared in the system indicating a problem. However, instead of investigating further—such as checking for loose connections or other potential causes—they simply returned the car to me. Unfortunately, the electrical issues continued after I left the dealership, meaning the problem was never properly addressed. Overall, both visits left me with the impression that my concerns were not taken seriously. I expected a more thorough inspection and a higher level of customer care from a Lexus service department.
