This is perhaps the most unethical dealership I have ever seen. I even went so far as to lease my last two Lexus cars from a dealer 50 miles away because I refuse to allow them to make money off of me. I de seen. I decided to cancel one of my leases and sell the car back to Lexus. I first went to CarMax and got an appraisal and an offer. I then went to Lexus of North Miami and told them what I wanted to do and that I already had a CarMax price. They gave a price too that was slightly better than CarMax so I took the car there and guess what? Bait and Switch. First they tried to get me to just cancel the lease so they could keep the extra money. Then they claimed that the appraisal they gave me was for a trade-in value not a purchase. I took the car to CarMax, and after they paid the lease off, I ended up with almost $3,000 in cash. This is what Lexus of North Miami was trying to keep me from getting. I asked for the manage and finally one person came out. At the end of our conversation he told me to post whatever the F I wanted to post. If we get another Lexus, I refuse to buy or lease it from Lexus of North Miami. Fortunately, the service department is good, but that is all I can say about it. I hope my review causes many people to avoid this dealership, the don't deserve business when they are unethical. More

Honestly I’m very disappointed by the whole Lexus service. It has a month of xxxx with my car. Ans been kept in the dark. I don’t even know what they repairing. I purchased a 2020 Lexus IS350 in August with 2 miles on it. After a week or so I heard a rattling sound coming from the rear axle which grew louder over time. I brought the vehicle back and I was told th it. After a week or so I heard a rattling sound coming from the rear axle which grew louder over time. I brought the vehicle back and I was told that it was a loose parking brake disc and that the issue had been resolved. To my surprise, two weeks later the rattling sound came back and became very embarrassing as it would rattle going over bumps. I was very disappointed that a brand new Lexus would have this issue and at the fact that an issue that was fixed was not. When I brought the vehicle back to the dealership, they gave me a loaner which was a UX300. I could not believe that they put me in an entry model vehicle and not the same or better vehicle that I have. Well, I was promised that the issue has been resolved again with the rattling sound and I will cross my fingers each day. I have purchased four Lexus vehicles, two from Lexus of North Miami. I am not impressed and will seriously consider the fine luxury car dealership right next to them when my lease is up. The only positive experience I had was the technician that was in charge of my case, he was very professional and apologetic. I have not received no offers of compensation for my time wasted and inconvenience. More
