Professional, personable, friendly and understanding My daughter needed a new vehicle after totaling her car. The staff was very helpful and understanding about our situation. The 4 staff members that assisted us went above and beyond any experience I've ever had at a auto dealership. No pressure, hassle or negative vibes like you would usually get from any sales transaction that is negotiable. I would like to thank all 4 for their exceptional service and I would recommend Rohrman Subaru to anyone needing any assistance with buying a new or used vehicle or just to discuss your options. I see Nate Bush is not on the list I can choose from about who I dealt with, but he was a big part of our transaction and assisted us even though he was busy. So, thank you, Nate. In addition, thank you Addison for all the details. Brad Belaire, you should be proud of your team, but the positive influence comes from the management team and you're the head of that. Thank you. Horrible service experience!! I won’t trust another vehicle to this dealer ever! Took vehicle in for a 30 minute oil change and didn’t get it back for two weeks! The technician left the filter loose vehicle to this dealer ever! Took vehicle in for a 30 minute oil change and didn’t get it back for two weeks! The technician left the filter loose and sprayed oil everywhere! Several failed attempts at cleaning the vehicle and now I can still smell oil 4 weeks later! More

no no no I will never buy again from this dealership or have service done there. The mechanics are more interested in dance moves than changing oil, and the ma I will never buy again from this dealership or have service done there. Excellent to deal with. Went and spoke to the manager Brad, and he led me to Jeff Young who was very professional and personable and helped me with everything!!
