There was quite a bit of hassle getting a final price for my vehicle. The manager advised that he "isn't the type of guy" who is going to make a customer haggle for a good price. Yet we went back and forth f my vehicle. The manager advised that he "isn't the type of guy" who is going to make a customer haggle for a good price. Yet we went back and forth for hours trying to get the lowest price we could. The sales staff and manager were both nice throughout the process however. My new vehicle was damaged upon delivery which was frustrating, but this was remedied in a timely manner. Overall the process took longer than I would like. More

A Great Place to Buy a Subaru! I bought my brand new 2015 Subaru Legacy from this dealership 5 1/2 years ago. I've never taken my car to be serviced anywhere but here because I trusted them. Throughout those 5 1/2 years it's been n dealership 5 1/2 years ago. I've never taken my car to be serviced anywhere but here because I trusted them. Throughout those 5 1/2 years it's been nothing but a headache. My car was consuming oil for years with several complaints from me and several times bringing it in to be looked at before they found a leak in the head gaskets. Big job. It took them 7 weeks and a day to finish the job on my car. I go to pick it up excited to have it back after so long and the check engine light is on. I have to leave it with them again because the service department was closing. A few days later I'm called and told the grill shaft needs replaced which is causing the check engine light to be on. Another big job. At this point I make some phone calls, and speak with the dealership manager in person. I Leave not knowing when my car will be finished. Three hours later I get a call that my car is ready to be picked up. Come to find out the drive shaft was only blocked by debris and they got it all cleared out, check engine light is off. I find it ironic that after I made my appearance, and they knew I was not happy about the entire situation, that my car was no longer in need of a new drive shaft. Beware. I've spent a lot of money here. If you're willing to spend money for the sake of your car, buy elsewhere, get services elsewhere. My long-term relationship with Bob Rohrman Subaru in Lafayette is over. More

So easy to work with for my sudden brake & tire issues, even during down time for CoVid19. Everything was very well explained & no pressures for work needed. My bank card failed during payment so I used my credit card. The bank confirmed my balance and no issues right after so not sure what happened. I know sometimes cards don’t work but it’s the same one I’ve used many times at your dealership. And I absolutely love my new tires and the brakes, too More

The Rohrman service department worked diligently trying to figure out the root cause. They changed out multiple components trying to isolate the issue. It was a very time-consuming process but they did a great job of sticking with the issue until they found the problem. The service representatives, especially Ashley, kept me up-to-date with the status of the vehicle which was greatly appreciated. Each member of the service department that I worked with showed a genuine interest in helping alleviate my concerns. More

My wife and I are completely blessed to have a car dealership that still knows what TRUE customer service is all about. Everyone went above and beyond to help us get through our issues with our Outbac dealership that still knows what TRUE customer service is all about.
